At our facility, we take the health and well-being of our animals seriously, which is why we offer a five-day health guarantee for all animals. If you notice any issues with your animal during this time, it is important to report them to us immediately.
In the unlikely event that your animal falls ill within the first five days after purchase, we will do our best to remedy the situation. Depending on availability, we may offer a replacement animal of similar value or provide you with a credit note.
Please note that the health guarantee does NOT cover any issues caused by keeper error or that occur after the five-day period has elapsed.

Yes, all of the rare reptiles we sell are legal to own as pets in the UK. However, it's important to check your local laws to ensure that there are no restrictions on owning certain species in your area.

Yes, we offer a health guarantee on all of our rare reptiles. If you receive a sick reptile or health issue, we will work with you to provide a solution or replacement. See the Health Guarantee at the start of this page above.
We work with experienced reptile couriers to ensure that your rare reptile arrives safely and securely. We use insulated boxes and heat packs to ensure that the reptiles stay warm during transit, and we provide detailed instructions for acclimating the reptiles to their new environment.

We do not offer returns on live animals, but we do offer a health guarantee. If you receive a reptile that is sick or has a health issue, we will work with you to provide a solution or a replacement.
